Spaghetti Bolognese

1 Onion (Chopped)
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves (Crushed)
450g minced beef

400g chopped tomatoes
150g tomato puree
125ml water
125ml red wine
Bay leaf
Kylemore Acres Bolognese Blend


In a pan or heavy pot, lightly brown the onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add the mince and brown over a medium heat, stirring often.
Stir in Bolognese Seasoning, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, water, red wine and bay leaf.
Simmer together covered on a low heat for 30 mins, stirring occasionally.
Remove bay leaf and serve over spaghetti or mix into your favourite pasta.
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese!
