Pork Provencal (4 people)

2 Pork Steaks

1 Onion

250g Mushrooms

1 Bottle of Provencal Sauce

100ml cream (optional)


  1. Dice 1 onion and lightly fry.

  2. Peal and chop 250g mushrooms and add to the pan.

  3. Chop 2 pork steaks into medallions and fry for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Place all the ingredients into a casserole dish, add in Provencal sauce and cook on a low heat for 1 hour in the oven.

  5. Optionally stir in 100ml of cream before serving for a creamier finish.
